HRPT, CHRPT and SeaWiFS satellite image acquisition, archiving and processing software

The Dartcom HRPT/CHRPT Grabber software performs automatic capture, archiving and processing of HRPT and CHRPT data, including decommutation, calibration, sub-sampling, raw file con-version and exporting. It also controls the antenna rotator automatically.

The HRPT/CHRPT Grabber software can also be linked to a Station Ground Processor (SGP) decryption unit for real-time or delayed-mode reception, archiving and processing of encrypted SeaWiFS data from the SeaStar satellite.

Images can be displayed, processed, printed and exported using the Dartcom iDAP software, and processed automatically with MacroPro.

32-bit multi-tasking Windows application compatible with Windows 2000 and XP.
Data capture from NOAA (HRPT), Feng Yun (CHRPT) and SeaStar (SeaWiFS) satellites.
Automatic calculation of pass schedule covering up to 15 days, with manual editing facilities.
Fully automatic image acquisition.
Data transferred from receiver rack via USB, with very low processor usage.
Automatic archiving of up to 99 HRPT, CHRPT and SeaWiFS images in up to three archives.
Automatic decommutation, calibration, sub-sampling and enhancement.
Automatic exporting of HRPT images to NOAA level 1B and SHARP level 1B formats.
Automatic conversion of raw data to level 0 and other raw formats.
Automatic downloading and updating of the satellite prediction data via the Internet.
