Your Dartcom system:

Instructions

To download and install a software update:

Click the right mouse button on the icon or title of the file you want to download.
From the pop-up menu which appears, select Save Link As....
Navigate to the folder in which you want to save the file, then click Save.
Wait for the file to download.
Find the folder which contains the file you just downloaded.
Double-click the file to run the update installer.
Follow the instructions to complete installation.

Dartcom L-Band Polar Orbiter system updates

These updates are only for Dartcom L-Band Polar Orbiter systems with Polar Orbiter Ingester and iDAP/MacroPro software.

If you have an older HRPT/CHRPT/SeaWiFS system with HRPT/CHRPT Grabber software please contact us for information about upgrading to our latest software.

IMPORTANT: You must obtain new licence keys from Dartcom before installing these updates. Failure to do so may result in your software not working.

Please complete our technical support form and choose the subject Software licence keys to request your new licence keys.

Please ensure you install all the updates below at the same time otherwise you may encounter file format compatibility problems.

Polar Orbiter Ingester update

iDAP/MacroPro update

Dartcom Licence Manager update

Latest security device driver

QuickTime

Dartcom software requires QuickTime – please download the latest version from Apple free of charge.

Sample Blue Marble data

A single NASA Blue Marble data file for use with Dartcom iDAP/MacroPro. The file contains topography data from July 2004 at 1 minute resolution.

A comprehensive library of Blue Marble data containing topography and bathymetry for all twelve months of the year is available from Dartcom on a set of DVDs. Please contact us for more information.
